At JW Cleaning, everything begins with a call to serve, and for Jen, that calling has always been clear. Working as an OB-GYN nurse and part-time waitress, she loved helping others and bringing comfort to her patients. But deep down, she felt there was something more she could offer and a consistent little push to explore that feeling. Remembering her early days as a single mom in the early 2000s, when she cleaned homes to support her family, Jen realized that her love for serving others and creating warm, welcoming spaces never left her.
With gentle encouragement from a realtor friend, prayer, and her family’s support, she decided to transition from nursing to part-time cleaning work along with part-time waitressing. Little did she know that in March 2020, the world would quickly change, leaving her with just her very new and very small cleaning business and a leap of faith. But as always, Jen knew that her love of helping others and trust that God would guide the way, wouldn’t fail. By May 2020, she and her two adult daughters were jumping in the car together every morning, cleaning homes full-time, serving each client and home with the same care and warmth she’d always brought to her patients. That one small start quickly blossomed into a family-run business which now serves 130 clients with a team of 10 and growing! God definitely had plans that Jen definitely did not know about yet!

Residential house cleaning in Anoka, MN. Applicants must be available to work Monday through Friday from 7:00-4:30pm. We do not work nights or weekends.
We are located in Anoka, MN and services a 30 miles radius of Anoka. Serving Anoka County and the surrounding counties.
We pay on average, $20-$27/ hour.
Cleaning jobs are mostly performed solo or by one cleaning technician, however we do work as a team when needed. You must have your own vehicle to carry cleaning supplies and to get to and from the cleaning sites. Each day you are dispatched directly from your home.
We use a mobile app that is updated real time. You will always have access to your schedule right from your smartphone.
We pay through direct deposit to your bank account every week. We use a digital payroll processor that allows you to see and manage your profile directly from your smartphone.
